We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at support@cecretlake.store with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Because we curate a range of partner brands, returns are handled with a prepaid shipping label we provide for each item — there's no single return address to track down. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the label and simple instructions. Please don't ship items back before requesting a return; items sent without an approved label can't be processed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items
Some items are final sale and can't be returned, including headwear and hats, gift cards, and any item marked "Final Sale." If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, just ask before you order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return on your original order, then place a new order for the item you want once your return is approved.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the conditions above are met.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at support@cecretlake.store.
